Consistent with the recommended operating procedures outlined public health officials, we continue to take the necessary precautions to keep you safe during your visit to our dealership.


All staff are screened daily and asked to remain home if feeling ill.

We ask that you answer our visitor questionnaire before visiting our dealership, which is available from your sales, service, or parts consultant. If you are feeling ill or have been in contact with a potential COVID-19 exposure, we ask you to make alternate arrangements for sales or service requests.

Should you prefer not to visit our dealership, we can facilitate your sales and service requests remotely through our Concierge Service. Dial 709-738-2369 to discuss your sales or service needs with a member of our team.

Let us know which vehicle you are interested in and we will send you a detailed walk around video of that vehicle.  Much of the communication including financing details can be addressed via text, phone, online tools, thereby minimizing the amount of time required in the showroom.


SERVICE DEPARTMENT


We realize that servicing your vehicle is essential. If you are able, please drop off your vehicle prior to your appointment and leave your keys in the key drop box. If this is not possible, please contact us to make a service appointment or discuss possible alternative arrangements, including our pickup and drop off services.


*Please note that our chauffeur service is limited to one client at a time, with disinfecting taking place between trips. As a result, wait times for chauffeur services may be longer than normal.
