Customer service again is fantastic. Been a customer for seven years since coming to St Johns. Marc and David have been great as always and again building the deal for a new car, taking the time to ensure everything is perfect for us. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention the service over the last few years with Ethan at the helm it is at a very high customer standard always listening and supportive to fix any concerns. Well done Mercedes St Johns for such a high standard over the last few years. Also my wife loves the new car.
Last Friday June 19 We called this dealership at last minute with an issue on our Mercedes c class motorhome they told us to come right in and got us up and running within 2 hours. We’re from out of province and had a concern with our Sprinter. The guys at service and the tech in the shop were super accommodating, helpful and friendly to deal with. Great place.
Awesome staff that are customer focussed and very knowledgeable. Dave and Reid in particular have been great! Obligatory photo of the car is attached 😂 It's a 2021 CLA 45.
